Iran’s IRGC claim to have struck USS Abraham Lincoln with 4 Ballistic missiles in retaliation of the combined attack on Iran by Israel and America , killing Iran’s Supreme leader Ayatollah Khamenei on Saturday , 28th February.
While the U.S Central Command CENTCOM has dismissed the claims made by Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps , and said in response that the missiles launched by Iran “didn’t even Came Close”.
In a post shared on X , CENTCOM said “Iran’s IRGC claims to have struck USS Abraham Lincoln with ballistic missiles. LIE.
The Lincoln was not hit. The missiles launched didn’t even come close. The Lincoln continues to launch aircraft in support of CENTCOM’s relentless campaign to defend the American people by eliminating threats from the Iranian regime”.
U.S Central Command has also shared images from the Aircraft Carrier USS Abraham Lincoln’s flight deck in response to the claims made showing the battleship in action.

USS Abraham Lincoln is one of the two Aircraft Carrier along with USS Gerald R Ford deployed in the Middle East near Gulf of Oman to strike the Iranian Military facilities in the region.
In a Statement released by the Iranian Revolutionary Guards to the State Media , Iranian Guards have issued warning that , ” the land and sea will increasingly become the graveyard of the terrorist aggressors”.
Iran has also launched strikes in response over Israel and American allies and military bases in the region. So far Iran has launched strikes across 8 countries in the region – Bahrain , Iraq , Jordan , Kuwait , Oman , Qatar , Saudi Arabia and UAE. Most of the missiles fired were intercepted by the missile defence systems deployed by the respective countries while some has landed inside Israel claiming lives of 9 people and leaving 450 injured. 3 people were also killed in UAE and 1 person in Kuwait was also killed. 9 persons have also lost their lives during riots at the US consulate in Pakistan.
Drone stikes on US Naval base in Bahrain also claimed lives of 3 US Soldiers and 5 soldiers have been seriously injured , the Pentagon Official said and also confirmed by Donald Trump in an Interview.
