“Khamenei , one of the most evil people in History , is dead” , Donald Trump declared via Truth Social. Iranian State Media has also confirmed the killing of Khamenei along with daughter , son-in-law and grandson’s were also killed in the American led strikes , declaring 40 – days mourning across the Country.
U.S and Israel has launched a full fledged war against Iran on Saturday (28th February 2026). Combined strikes by both the Nation’s , code named as “EPIC FURY” and “LIONS ROAR”.
U.S Central Command (CENTCOM) has targeted Iran’s Key Military facilities on early Sunday starting from 1:15 am ET on 28th February , as per the directions given by the United States President Donald Trump. Israel also joined the event and both the nation led Mayhem over Iran , prioritising complete destruction of military infrastructure of imminent threat.
The primary objective was to target the Iran’s Nuclear facilities , Presidential residence , Government Infrastructure , Airforce Stations , missile and drones launch sites , Aircrafts and most importantly Communication System , to avert any retaliatory response from Iran.
The targeted strike in the heart of Iran’s key locations has done huge damage across the country claiming more than 200 lives and 747 injured , a spokesperson from the Crescent Society said in an Interview with the Iranian Student’s news agency. A spokesperson , Mojtaba Khaledi , also confirmed the strikes over 24 provinces around the Country.
The Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps has released a statement via Fars News agency , ” we have lost a great leader and we mourn him” . The IRGC has Vowed to take revenge and will not spare the domestic and foreign conspirators.
The IRGC termed , Khamenei’s death as martyrdom from the hands of most vicious terrorists and executioners of humanity. Statement also added , it’s a sign of the legitimacy and the acceptance of sincere services of the great leader.
The Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps has published a statement from Iran’s Fars News agency announcing the start of “the most devastating offensive operation in the history of the Islamic Republic of Iran”. Statement also added , “the offensive will began in just few moments and will target the occupied territories and American terrorist bases in the region”.
The U.S Central Command (CENTCOM) has released a video on social media platform X , showcasing missile launches , strikes on apparent targets and launching Fighter Jets from it’s Aircraft Carrier.

The U.S has deployed their 2 Aircraft Carrier Strike Groups – USS Gerald R Ford and USS Abraham Lincoln and claimed to have destroyed the Iranian Navy Completely.
In an earlier Interview to NBC News, Trump said , ” most of the Iranian senior leadership is gone “. He also urged people of Iran through a video released over social media, to seize control of their government after the strikes concluded. “When we are finished , take over your government , it’ll be yours to take”. Trump termed the event as Justice for the Iranian people and those killed by Khamenei , mocking Khamenei and his army as Blood thirsty “Thugs”.
Khamenei has ruled Iran with Iron grip for 36 years and the sudden death has created a vaccum in Iranian top leadership and regional instability.
